You will always receive an acknowledgement of your booking. If you do not receive anything, please call us on 020 8037 1780 to make sure we have received your booking. Unless otherwise stated, your fee includes access for the paid number of guests to attend the Awards ceremony, a pre-Awards drinks reception, three-course dinner, Awards ceremony, post-Awards entertainment, documentation and invaluable networking opportunities.

Drinks are not included in standard table prices, as the majority of our audience prefer to order drinks to suit their guests. Drinks menus and order forms will be provided in advance to all table bookers.

VIP Tables

VIP table bookings include six bottles of wine provided at the table.VIP table bookers will be given the opportunity to select a preferred table location from the available floor plan at the time of booking. While every effort will be made to allocate the table selected, specific table locations cannot be guaranteed. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the venue layout and/or reallocate tables where operational or logistical requirements make this necessary. In such circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to allocate an alternative VIP table of comparable value. No refunds will be issued as a result of changes to table location, venue layout, or included hospitality.

Once an invoice booking is received, payment must be received by the date given on the invoice. If payment is not received by this date, we will revoke the option of invoice payment and payment by credit card will be requested. Please note that payment must be received prior to the event, otherwise entry may be refused.

All cancellations of attendance MUST be made in writing to awards@akabomedia.co.uk and will be acknowledged in writing. We do not offer refunds on cancellation. In the event of non-attendance, NO refund will be given and any outstanding invoiced payment will still be due. You may transfer your place to an appropriate guest, subject to approval by the Organiser, by notifying the Organiser in writing prior to the event. Changes in the quantity of places booked may be subject to charges. If a booking is made at a discounted price, payment must be made before any respective deadline, otherwise payment due will revert to the standard rate.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the Organiser to alter the content, timings or venue. Akabo Media does not accept liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays and in such circumstances the normal cancellation restrictions apply. If the Organiser cancels the event due to reasons beyond their control, you will be entitled to a credit for use on any other Akabo Media event taking place within the 12 months. If you make your booking via the telephone, you are automatically adhering to our terms & conditions.
